Potli (Poultice)

Potli massage therapy is done using heated herbal pouches also known as potli (or poultice) that are used to rejuvenate, relax and nourish the affected area. Potli contains a selection of Ayurvedic herbs, both, fresh and dried, carefully chosen on the bases of the issue that you’re being treated for at Sunday the Spa.
 
They are packed into a muslin cloth and dipped in warm medicated oil (for wet) and some herbal powder (for dry) and then massaged onto specific pressure points that help in healing the body.
